Delivery & Returns Process

Ordering

·          Online: Orders can be placed anytime online by visiting our website www.westerngreen.ie or by e-mail to info@westerngreen.ie , however will only be processed during our normal business hours Monday to Friday. By entering your personal details on our site including payment information and submitting your order you are making an offer to purchase chosen products which will become a binding contract once accepted by us and you also authorize Westerngreen to charge your card for full payment. Your card will not be charged until the order has been processed by us during normal business hours. All goods are the property of Westerngreen until payment in full has been received.

·          Telephone: Orders can be placed by telephone on 00353 (0)23 8869651 or Mobile 00353 (0)86 4059497 during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

·          Post: Orders may be sent by post to Westerngreen, Corrabally, Ardfield, Clonakilty. Co.Cork. Please state name, address and contact telephone number.

Goods remain the property of Westerngreen until paid in full. All prices are subject to alterations without notice. Invoices will be raised for prices current at the time of order.

Delivery

·          UK & Ireland:Items delivered within the UK and Ireland will be delivered to your chosen address. We process orders as quickly as possible and most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of being received, but we do reserve a right to take up to 28 days for delivery. We use An Post and private courier companies, depending on your area of residence and value/weight of your order. Orders valued above 100.00 euro are delivered free of charge orders valued below 100.00 euro are charged a delivery and packing rate of 5.00 euro.

• Belguim,france,germany.luxembury and netherlands :We deliver within these countries using An Post and private courier companies. We charge a competitive flat rate of 10 euro per delivery address.

·          Rest of the World:If you wish goods to be despatched outside the countries listed above please conatct us for a quotation prior to ordering. You can email info@westerngreen.ie or phone 00353 (0)23 8869651 for full information on postal rates to your country. If your postal address is outside the Republic of Ireland and European Union, you may be liable for import tax/duties in your country of residence. Westerngreen has no control over this and any duties incurred are the customer’s full responsibility. 

All offers are subject to stock availability. On some occasions we may be out of stock of a product in which case your order will be part shipped with documentation on the remaining order.

VAT is charged at the appropriate rate and we reserve the right to amend prices if the VAT rate changes.

Problems with Orders

Returns

If for any reason a product fails your expectations simply return it with the receipt to us for a refund or a replacement within 14 days of purchase. The returned product must be unused and in a new saleable condition.
